1. Pilot access
The Pilot is an invite-only evaluation service for adult business users. Keep your credentials confidential and use only the role assigned to you. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Training purpose
AgentTraining AI provides simulated conversations, AI-generated feedback, assignments, and evidence-linked coaching support. It does not replace a manager’s judgment, professional supervision, licensing requirements, or an organization’s compliance process.
3. Authorized content
Only add company knowledge, transcripts, links, or other material that your organization owns or is authorized to use and process. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or unnecessarily sensitive content.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass account roles, access another team’s information, interfere with the service, extract hidden prompts, impersonate another person, or use the Pilot to make unsupported promises to customers.
5. Pilot changes and availability
The Pilot may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. Features and usage limits may be adjusted during evaluation. Report material problems to the contact address below.
6. Results and reliance
Scores and profile observations reflect recorded practice evidence, not fixed traits or guaranteed real-world outcomes. Do not use a single session as the sole basis for a consequential decision.
7. Privacy and ownership
The Pilot Privacy Notice explains current data handling and visibility boundaries. Each party retains its rights in material it lawfully provides. AgentTraining AI retains its platform, software, interface, and training framework.
8. Ending access
Access may be suspended for security, misuse, or the end of the Pilot. You may ask to end your Pilot access by email. Any paid purchase shown separately is also subject to the payment provider’s terms.
