These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AgentTraining AI platform ("Platform") operated by AgentTraining AI ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use this Platform. By using AgentTraining AI, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Platform is intended for professional training purposes in sales, insurance, real estate, and technology sectors.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
3. Subscription Plans and Payment
Free Tier: You may access up to 3 AI training sessions without payment. No credit card is required.
Professional Plan ($49/month): Provides unlimited sessions, all industry scenarios, detailed scorecards, bilingual support (English and Traditional Chinese), and a progress tracking dashboard.
Enterprise Plan ($299/month): Includes all Professional features plus up to 20 team seats, a manager dashboard, custom scenario options, priority support, and an onboarding call.
All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in US dollars and subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid billing period, contact us at contact@agentraining.ai for a full refund. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful professional training purposes. You agree not to:
- Input real client names, policy numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal data into training sessions
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or system prompts
- Use the Platform to generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent sales materials
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Use automated tools to access the Platform in a manner that exceeds normal usage
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or professional licensing requirements in your jurisdiction
6. AI-Generated Content
The Platform uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) to simulate sales conversations and provide feedback. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated responses are for training purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, insurance, or professional advice
- AI feedback may contain errors and should be reviewed with professional judgment
- The Company makes no guarantee that AI training will result in improved sales performance
- You remain solely responsible for your conduct in real client interactions
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including training scenarios, UI design, branding, and proprietary methodology — is owned by AgentTraining AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You retain ownership of the text inputs you submit during training sessions. By submitting inputs, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content to deliver the service and improve the Platform, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUSES INSTITUTE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentTraining AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in Hong Kong and Singapore, local consumer protection laws may also apply.
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email to registered users. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
