1. What the Pilot collects
The Pilot may process account email, team role, assignments, practice conversations, scores, coach summaries, learner profile observations, manager–learner work messages, and company training material that an authorized manager chooses to add. It also records limited security and activity events needed to operate and audit the Pilot.
Some preferences, curriculum progress, and Client Studio case notes may remain only in the browser used to enter them.
2. Why the data is used
Data is used to authenticate users, deliver assigned practice, generate role-play and feedback, show evidence-linked progress, support manager follow-up, secure the service, and improve Pilot reliability.
